I find myself being very aware of the level of service I receive when I patronize establishments. You always remember the very best experiences and unfortunately the very worst. That got me to thinking about what it is that makes our level of service here at Holmes stand out. Not a day goes by that I don’t witness a high level of passion that is present when I hear our staff discussing a certain project for a client. There is so much concern that goes into planning for a client’s need or maybe a problem that they are needing to solve…sometimes very quickly. We genuinely do care about our client’s and their success. The image they need to project and the needs they have to meet. Many times we brainstorm in small groups about how we can help our client’s market their particular service or product in a unique way, always incorporating the latest technology into our ideas. Sometimes it is just being that friendly voice on the line when they have so many things to get done and not enough time. Or, trying to look ahead for our client’s and remind them about an event that they need to start planning for, even down to our driver taking the order up flights of stairs or in your basement stock room. We will go the extra mile to show you how much we care….and it really comes naturally.
