We work with all size businesses…small, medium, large, single office, multi office, national franchises. Each one has its own unique business challenges and we have worked tirelessly to understand each of them individually. I want to focus on small business for just a moment if I may.
I know first hand that many days in smaller business you just wish someone would write you out a play book of what you need to do and when in order to grow your business and serve your customers to the best of your abilities. There are business consultants that can help with this to an extent…but when it comes down to it, often times the burden rests on the shoulders of leadership to make these critical decisions and implement. Your brain never stops thinking about strategy and how you can improve the services or products you provide so that you feel good about what you bring to your community. You think about your employees and make decisions based upon their best interests as well. You wake up each and every day and think about all the things you want and need to do and maybe don’t have enough resources at your fingertips to execute them…but they will stay on your to do list until they are completed.
We understand this because we also live it. It’s difficult to market yourself, how many business owners feel a strength of theirs would be selling themselves, marketing themselves, talking about themselves, designing for themselves, writing a press release about themselves? Not too many are going to say they have this perfected, but that is why you reach out to others around you to help you move forward. I have seen first hand how surprisingly those you would expect to help build you up as that is their mission can fall short…so you feel alone on an island.
It doesn’t need to be that way.
